Terms & Conditions

• Tax will be applicable extra
• It’s only Constriction plan.
• Maximum construction of floor is three.
• Total floor height of construction building will be 40 Feet from ground.
• Breakage cost is extra.
• This Plan is only for 1000-1200 sq Feet area.
• Single floor will be count as total area.
• After 1200 sq feet of area, The Price will be decrease in ratio of 10 Rs per 100 Sq feet.
• Below to 1000 sq feet of area, The Price will be increase in ratio of 10 Rs per 50 Sq feet.
• Covered area of lintel would measure as cost of Buildings in full rate of plan.
• Septic tank would measure as cost of Buildings in double rate of plan.
• Stairs slab would measure as cost of Buildings in double rate of plan.
• Momty would measure as cost of Buildings in full rate of plan.
• Slab would measure as cost of Buildings in half rate of plan.
• Deginer Slab measured as cost of Buildings in full rate of plan.
• Exterior Design will be chargeable extra as per customer’s material choice. Company will give only paint and section window material cost.
